Join us for a low-impact fitness class, incorporating exercises designed to stabilize joints and correct posture. This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Medical clearance (PAR MED-X) required prior to the first class.
Mommy Moves Fat Loss Kickstart
Do you need a little help in getting rid of your extra ‘baby weight?’ This class incorporates half an hour of post-partum nutritional information, tips & recipes with a one hour stroller workout. Participants will ‘weigh-in’ and get measured to monitor their progress. Medical clearance (PAR MED-X) required prior to the first class.
Mommy Moves Parent & Tot Fitness
Rediscover your ‘inner child.’ This Mom and Tot fitness class will get your heart pumping! We incorporate lots of active games, some ‘bootcamp’ type of activities that the tots can do as well (ever seen a tot do a squat? They do them all the time!), some dancing and some fun relays. All the good stuff we used to do when we were kids! (No dodgeball).
Suitable for moms with tots who are walking to 3 years old.

Fit4Two Tummies 4 Mommies L1
This 30-minute class is designed to retrain your mind-CORE connection after pregnancy and childbirth. We will be using the latest research to help you improve CORE strength and flatten your tummy. It’s time to get strong from the inside out. Not only will you look and feel better, but you'll have the strength to tackle the everyday tasks of motherhood.
Your Certified Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist with educate and motivate you through this baby & tot friendly class. In order to achieve maximal results, we strongly recommend taking Level One before Level Two. This class is suitable for women with abdominal separation.

Now that you have retrained your mind-CORE connection and increased your
CORE strength, it’s time to pick it up! Move on to more challenging abdominal
exercises with the confidence that your CORE is effectively activated throughout.
This 30-minute class is baby & tot friendly and is taught be a Certified
Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist.
In order to achieve maximal results, we strongly recommend taking Level
One before Level Two. If you have an abdominal separation, please register
for Level One.
Fit4Two Mom & Baby Indoor Bootcamp
Advanced Level.
Bring baby - Get Fit Bootcamp Style! If you are looking for a high energy
workout – this class is for you. Mom & Baby Indoor Bootcamp includes
a variety of drills that focus on strength, power, agility, balance, cardio
and core. Women must be 8+ weeks postpartum and have been exercising regularly
(cardio and strength training) for 6+ weeks. Not quite ready?
